Landfill

oil paint, spray paint, charcoal, paint tubes, and found objects on wood

as a landfill in new york was covered with tarps, dirt, and grass, it became a park. at this time in my art practice I was using store-bought materials and creating refuse from their packaging and unusable parts. This piece, utilizing the remnants of six months worth of other art making, is my own landfill-turned-park.
